Instead please contact our Customer Centre online at www.nwl.co.uk/your-home/contact.aspx or on 0345 733 5566, between 8am and 8pm (Monday to Friday) and 8am and 1pm (Saturday).
If you have a specific query about the Forum and cannot find the answer within these guidelines or the FAQs, please contact the Community Management via email on email@example.com. The Community Manager will be able to deal with any technical issues you are experiencing as a member of the Forum e.g. difficulties logging in.
